Add Campaignly as a Manager
A Manager can update your business info, reply to reviews, and publish posts. That is the role to choose for onboarding.
Owner can also add and remove people and remove the profile. You can keep ownership yourself.
Need to create an account first?
If you do not have a Google Business Profile yet, create or claim one, then come back here to send the invite.
Google’s current Manager role is the day-to-day profile role (it replaced the older “site manager” name). If your screen still offers a website-only role beside Manager, choose Manager.
What you'll need
- Owner access on the Business Profile. Only an owner can add people.
- The profile for the location Campaignly should manage
- The Campaignly email we sent you, from your Campaignly onboarding message
Send the invite
- Go to business.google.com and sign in.
- If you manage more than one profile, open the location Campaignly should work on.
- Select More (the three-dot menu), then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
- Select Add.
- Enter the email address in your Campaignly onboarding message.
- Under Access, select Manager.
- Select Invite.
The invite stays under pending on People and access until Campaignly accepts it.
If something looks wrong
People and access is missing. The Google account you are using may not own this profile. Sign in with the owner account, open that profile, and use the same menu.
The only choice looks limited to the website. Go back to Access and select Manager so Campaignly can work on the listing itself.
Google’s own steps are in Manage your Business Profile owners and managers.
