What white-label proposal settings do
White-label proposal settings let you remove Campaignly branding from client-facing proposals. Instead of seeing our logo and brand colors, your clients see yours. This keeps proposals consistent with your agency identity and strengthens your professional brand.
You can customize:
- Your logo
- Brand colors
- Company name and contact details
- Custom domain (optional, for hosted proposals)
- Footer text and links
Access white-label settings
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Brand & White Label
- Look for the Proposal Settings section
Configure your proposal branding
Add your logo
- Click Upload Logo in the Proposal Logo section
- Select a PNG, JPG, or SVG file (recommended: at least 200px wide)
- The logo appears at the top of generated proposals
Your logo replaces the Campaignly mark on every proposal page.
Set your brand colors
- In Primary Brand Color, click the color picker
- Choose your main brand color (used for headers, buttons, and accents)
- In Secondary Brand Color, select a complementary color for highlights
- Click Save
Preview changes in real-time on the right side of the screen.
Update company information
- Enter your Company Name (appears in proposal footer and header)
- Add your Company Website URL
- Enter a Support Email for client questions
- Optionally add a Phone Number
This information displays in the footer of every proposal.
Customize footer text
- In the Custom Footer Text field, add any additional messaging (tagline, copyright, disclaimer, etc.)
- Keep it short — excessive text can clutter proposals
- Save your changes
This text appears at the bottom of the final proposal page.
Preview your changes
Before sending proposals to clients, check how they'll look:
- Open any draft proposal in your Campaigns workspace
- Click Preview or View
- Scroll through to verify logos, colors, and company info display correctly
Colors and logos typically take effect immediately after saving. Refresh the preview if you don't see changes.
Important notes
Logo size matters. Logos under 150px wide may appear small. Logos over 500px can make proposals look unbalanced. Test in a preview before finalizing.
Color contrast. Make sure your secondary color has enough contrast with white text. Light colors on light backgrounds reduce readability. Preview on actual proposals to check.
Custom domain. If you're using a custom domain for hosted proposals (like proposals.yourcompany.com), you'll configure that separately in Domain Settings. White-label branding applies regardless of which domain you use.
Changes apply globally. All new proposals generated after you save these settings use your white-label branding. Existing proposals aren't retroactively updated.
Campaignly footer. You can customize what clients see, but you can't remove the "Powered by Campaignly" text entirely on free plans. This changes on paid tiers — check your plan details.
Test your settings with a draft proposal before sending live client proposals to catch any visual issues.
