What integrations do we support?

Campaignly connects directly to major advertising and social platforms. These integrations let you manage campaigns, sync data, and access platform features without leaving Campaignly.

We currently support:

  • Google Ads — Manage search, display, and performance max campaigns
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Create and monitor ads across Meta's family of apps
  • LinkedIn — Run sponsored content and InMail campaigns
  • TikTok Ads — Launch and track TikTok advertising campaigns

More platforms are coming. Check back regularly or contact support to request a specific integration.

Why connect your accounts?

When you integrate a platform, you can:

  • View campaigns and performance data in one dashboard
  • Create and edit ads directly in Campaignly
  • Pull historical data and reporting
  • Manage multiple client accounts from a single workspace
  • Automate routine tasks like pausing underperforming ads

How integrations work

Each platform connection requires platform-level authorization. You'll grant Campaignly permission to access your account. We use OAuth (industry standard secure authentication), so you never share passwords with us.

Once connected, Campaignly syncs your campaigns and data automatically. Most data refreshes within 15–60 minutes.

Connect an integration

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find the platform you want to connect
  3. Click Connect
  4. You'll be directed to that platform's login page
  5. Authorize Campaignly to access your account
  6. Return to Campaignly — you're connected

That's it. Your campaigns will start syncing right away.

Manage existing connections

From SettingsIntegrations, you can:

  • View connected accounts — See which accounts are linked and when they were last synced
  • Disconnect an account — Click the three-dot menu and select Disconnect. This removes the connection but doesn't delete your ads or accounts on the platform itself
  • Re-authorize — If a connection expires or needs refreshing, click Re-authorize

Important notes

Permissions and account access — Campaignly requests the minimum permissions needed to manage campaigns and pull reporting. You can review what access Campaignly has before authorizing.

Multiple accounts — You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform. For example, connect a personal Google Ads account and a client's Google Ads account simultaneously.

Disconnecting is safe — Removing an integration doesn't affect your ads or accounts on the actual platform. Your campaigns keep running. You just lose access to manage them through Campaignly.

Data syncing delays — Platform data can take 15–60 minutes to appear in Campaignly, especially for performance metrics. This is normal and depends on each platform's reporting API.

Token expiration — Some platforms require you to re-authorize periodically (usually annually). We'll send you a notification when this is needed.
