Archive a Campaign

Archiving removes a campaign from your active list without deleting it. You can view archived campaigns anytime and restore them if needed.

  1. Go to your Campaigns dashboard
  2. Find the campaign you want to archive
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the campaign card
  4. Select Archive
  5. Confirm when prompted

The campaign moves to your archive. It won't appear in your active campaigns list, and you won't receive notifications for it.

Restore an Archived Campaign

  1. Click Archived at the top of your Campaigns dashboard
  2. Find the campaign you want to restore
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯)
  4. Select Restore

The campaign returns to your active list.

Duplicate a Campaign

Duplicating creates an exact copy of a campaign—useful for running similar promotions or testing variations.

  1. Go to your Campaigns dashboard
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the campaign you want to copy
  3. Select Duplicate
  4. Edit the campaign name if needed (it defaults to "[Original Name] - Copy")
  5. Choose whether to include existing Performance Data (optional)
  6. Click Create Duplicate

The new campaign appears in your active list. All settings, creative assets, and targeting options copy over. You can edit any details before launching.

Important Notes

  • Duplicated campaigns are paused by default—activate them when you're ready
  • If you skip performance data, the duplicate starts with zero metrics
  • Connected ad accounts carry over to the duplicate

Delete a Campaign

Deleting permanently removes a campaign and its data. This action can't be undone.

  1. Go to your Campaigns dashboard
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the campaign
  3. Select Delete
  4. Type the campaign name to confirm
  5. Click Delete Campaign

Once deleted, the campaign is gone—including all performance data, messages, and scheduled posts.

When to Archive Instead

Consider archiving before deleting. Reasons:

  • Keep historical data for reference
  • Restore campaigns if plans change
  • Maintain a complete record of all work
  • Reduce clutter without losing information

Only delete campaigns you're absolutely certain you won't need again.

Managing Multiple Campaigns

You can perform bulk actions on several campaigns at once:

  1. Check the boxes next to the campaigns you want to manage
  2. Click the Bulk Actions button that appears
  3. Choose:
    • Archive — move all selected campaigns to archive
    • Delete — permanently remove all selected campaigns
  4. Confirm the action

Bulk actions save time when cleaning up old campaigns or organizing your workspace.

Tips for Organization

  • Use clear naming conventions — include dates, client names, or campaign type so they're easy to find
  • Archive regularly — keep your active list focused on current work
  • Review archived campaigns — restore successful templates or reference past performance
  • Set a deletion policy — decide how long to keep data before permanently removing campaigns
