What Account Settings does
Account Settings is where you manage your profile information and contact details. This includes your name, email address, and profile picture. Keep this information up to date so your team can reach you and your account stays secure.
Access Account Settings
- Click your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner of Campaignly.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- You're now in your account settings page.
Update your name
- In the Name field, enter your first and last name.
- Click Save Changes.
- Your name updates immediately across your Campaignly account.
Change your email address
Your email is how you log in to Campaignly and receive notifications. You'll need to verify any new email before it takes effect.
- In the Email Address field, enter your new email.
- Click Save Changes.
- Campaignly sends a verification link to the new email address.
- Check your inbox and click the link within the email.
- Your email is now updated.
Note: If you don't verify within 24 hours, the change won't apply. You can request a new verification link from Account Settings.
Upload or change your profile picture
- Click the Profile Picture area (or your current avatar).
- Select Upload Photo from your device.
- Crop or adjust the image if needed.
- Click Save.
Your new profile picture appears immediately on your account and in team views.
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF (up to 5 MB)
Important notes
- Email and login: If you change your email, you'll log in with the new address next time. Write it down somewhere safe.
- Team visibility: Your name and profile picture are visible to everyone on your team. Email addresses are only visible to account admins.
- Password changes: You don't change your password here. Go to Security settings to reset your password.
- Account owner email: If you're the account owner, changing your email updates billing communications too. Make sure it's an address you monitor regularly.
